Things have moved quickly for the Chrisley family after President Donald Trump officially pardoned Todd and Julie Chrisley for their convictions on tax evasion and bank fraud charges. Less than 48 hours after the news broke that the former Chrisley Knows Best stars would be free again, their children were on their way to pick them up, and now, their daughter Savannah is giving us a peek into her first moments with Todd.
Todd seems to be in good spirits, all things considered.
In the early hours of Thursday morning, Savannah shared a video that was taken in a dark car after sheād picked up Todd from the federal prison facility heās been serving time at in Pensacola, Florida, since January 2023.
āWeāre getting home. As I puke all the way,ā she said, adding, āIāve got Todd over here being dramatic.ā
Toddās voice can be heard in the background saying that he can smell Savannahās vomit as he joked, āI didnāt have to deal with this in prison.ā
Savannah joked that her dad is ājacked.ā

In another Stories post, Savannah shows her dadās body sitting in a seat in the car as she asks him, āWhat are you trying to get me to do?ā
Itās then that Todd holds out his arm, telling Savannah to āfeel that muscle.ā
He then adds, āTodd is jacked!ā
Itās good to see that after two and a half years behind bars, he hasnāt lost that sense of humor heās always been known for.
It seems that Todd and his wife Julie have already reunited.

In a post that followed on Savannahās Stories, we can see legs that belong to two different people who seem to be Todd and Julie, sitting across from each other.
Considering the fact that the couple hasnāt been able to see each other while theyāve been serving their sentences at separate facilities ā and that Savannah has said that their communication with each other has been limited ā thereās no doubt that this must have been an emotional reunion.
So far, Savannah has yet to show either of her parentsā faces in her social media posts.
Savannah hasnāt held back when it comes to all of the emotions involved.
In a video shared by Access Hollywood on YouTube, Savannah can be seen speaking to reporters outside of the prison where her dad had been serving time and becoming emotional in the process.
āIām just so grateful that Iām gonna leave here with my dad,ā she said, holding back tears. āMy brother Grayson is there to pick up my mom, so heās waiting.ā
